We went through all the options for what I was looking for, Steve was extremely patient and explained all details/options throughly. We test drove a similar Gladiator; I wanted to see how much different it was from the Subaru I was driving and all the trucks I had ever owned before. It was awesome, I was hooked. I arrived early, my car was taken in right away, and I was done and gone just 15 minutes after my actual appointment time. Well done! That being said, when I arrived, the mileage on my 2017 Pacifica was 31,430. I made my appointment just for an oil change as the 30,000-mile service, which included the tire rotation, was done on 25 January at 29,830. When I checked in, the service advisor, Blaire, said I was scheduled for an oil change AND a tire rotation. I told her that it had only been 1,000 miles and six months, so I did not need a tire rotation. ...

First- let me state, everyone I came into contact with was either cordial or downright nice. That being said, their system is flawed. An appointment, most anywhere else in the world, means you are seen on or near the time you make an appointment. I made an appointment for 0830, a week in advance for an oil change and tire rotation under the Jeep Wave program. Simple enough. I get there promptly at 0826 and I am told that the appointment only means I can see a service rep at that time (read into this, I get to wait in whatever line ...

Came on a Saturday for an oil change... Chris said that there were several people in front of me and the wait time could as long as 2 hours.. I asked when would be the best time to bring my jeep in and he said that he would set aside a time on the following Wednesday for me at 12:00 I arrived on Wednesday at noon and they took me right away.. We had exceptional service with the team in the service center when we had vehicle trouble and were stranded with our 5th wheel RV last week. Paul, Nick, and the rest of the team went out of their way to help us, and were extremely gracious hosts. They had us back on the road the very next day and their service couldn’t have been better.
