What Do the Results of My FCA Recall Lookup Mean?

While a recall could involve a number of different parts of your vehicle, there are ultimately two categories of recalls:

• Incomplete- Incomplete recalls mean that the manufacturer has issued a recall and remedy instructions should be followed to fix the problem.
• Incomplete. Remedy Not Yet Available- This means an issue was found with the car, but the manufacturer is not ready or able to provide the fix.
